Life Is More Fulfilling When We Get to Use Who We Are, Naturally.
Coach Kelly
Most of us recognize at least a few things that seem to come naturally.
Maybe you're great with numbers. Maybe you're creative. Maybe you solve problems easily, see patterns other people miss or can talk to almost anyone.
But knowing a few things you're good at isn't the same as understanding how your abilities fit together—or what they could mean for your future.
That idea became personal for me when my own two children benefited from aptitude testing and coaching while deciding what to do after high school.
I saw firsthand how powerful it could be to give a young person objective information about their strengths before asking them to make some of life's biggest decisions.
Later, I began thinking about how many young adults move through their twenties without a clear sense of direction.
I kept thinking:
There has to be a better way.
Future Finder grew from that idea.
I've spent decades helping people make decisions based on what matters most to them. I love helping people connect the dots, recognize possibilities and determine what to do next.
Now I get to combine that experience with aptitude assessment to help young adults better understand themselves and make more informed decisions about their futures.
My goal isn't to tell you what you should do.
It's to help you understand yourself, see possibilities you may not have considered and confidently choose your next step.
